Responsible for the management and growth of Prospectzone, a division of Norvax. Proactively prospects in order to build your own book of business. Candidates must have the ability to utilize a consultative approach while understanding the accounts’ requirements. Must thrive in a fast paced environment while demonstrating excellent customer service and execution skills.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for pursuing new business.
- Responsible for managing, maintaining and growing the book of business that you build.
- Execute full-cycle sales from cold calls to post-sales support
- Create and maintain reporting on the results as well as projected growth.
- Assist customers with account questions, issues and maintain contact should support issues arise.
- Communicate Norvax initiatives, new opportunities and any changes with customers on a consistent basis.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Job Specifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Account Management to include cold calling and lead generation.
- Superior work ethic and the ability to work independently or as a team with the burning desire to succeed
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with significant focus on customer satisfaction
- The ability to articulate firm’s value proposition based on the customer’s needs.
- A positive approach with the confidence to overcome the adversity that comes with the sales process.
- Demonstrated competitive spirit within a team environment.
- An analytical mind set, able to apply historical data to effectively be consultative with the customer in order to make the appropriate recommendations.
- Proactively seeks solutions in order to solve customer’s problems.
