A Web Developer’s primary focus will be to serve in a team responsible for improving site usability, click-to-lead conversion and validation of consumer-facing websites.

Responsibilities
- Turn business requirements and high-level designs into production functionalities on consumer-facing websites.
- Work with copywriters to create continuity of design and content
- Design new features and enhancements for consumer-facing websites
- Document all code and designs
- Maintain and debug production websites
- Communicate with managers to ensure deadlines are met
Job Qualifications:
- Experience with web development (XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and other JavaScript frameworks)
- Experience with coding for cross-browser compatibility, including IE6
- Experience in creating user interfaces from design concepts
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience developing with Java Server Pages
- Experience with version control systems (Subversion preferred)
- Experience working in a small to mid-size company with an agile development process
- Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-growing department
