* Health insurance agents and brokers will receive in-depth sales, business development and web marketing training
CHICAGO, IL – April 24, 2009 – Fresh from its successful conferences in Chicago and Dallas, the Norvax University Marketing Success Tour brings its popular insurance agent training conference to Philadelphia, PA, on Friday, June 5th.
The Philadelphia conference will bring a revised conference line-up, featuring a greater emphasis on business development. The day-long conference will still provide in-depth training in health insurance sales and web marketing; but it will now also include sessions on how agents and brokers can grow their agency.
One of the most anticipated sessions will be “Federal Health Care Reform and You,” a presentation by the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Jessica Fulginiti Waltman, NAHU’s senior vice president for governmental affairs, will discuss the status of health insurance legislation making its way through the U.S. Congress — and how it will affect agents and brokers.
This presentation also marks the start of NAHU’s partnership with Norvax University. NAHU will be co-sponsor of the Philadelphia and other Norvax University conferences.
The Marketing Success Philadelphia conference will be held in suburban Cherry Hill, NJ, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (Philadelphia – Cherry Hill), 2349 W. Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
Tickets are normally $249, but NAHU members and early registrants will be able take advantage of a lower $149 “Early Bird” special price.
